  12. Am I in the right pew or what... I have a SupraExpress 288 external
  13. with a 16550 serial card and I have problems downloading error-free
  14. files with my ProComm 2.11. I have problems faxing too despite
  15. tweaking suggestions from the folks at Datastorm. Forget the folks at
  16. Supra - no one answers the phone. I had a 14400 U.S. Robotics Sportser
  17. before which didn't even know how to spell the word trouble. Am I
  18. doomed to mediocrity because of this modem? I admit I didn't do my
  19. homework. I thought 'WOW, there's a big name modem at an attractive
  20. price.' It was only after I learned about the SupraData modems. Any
  21. help will be greatly appreciated. hr25@netcore.ca,
